Job Description

PAY DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities Track incoming service calls and assign the appropriate technician to the job Manage and update customer database with complete and accurate information Oversee service technician's daily schedules and make updates as needed Respond positively to calls from customers to understand their needs and effectively schedule work orders Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and technicians Scheduling and dispatching technician or work crews to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews or supervisors. Using telephones or text messages to contact employees or customers. Preparing daily schedules. Preparing work orders for crews and reviewing completed work orders. Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, and charges for work performed. Qualifications Highly self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner Highly proficient with computers Geographical knowledge of service areas or map reading skills Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks at the same time Communicates effectively using professional phone etiquette Previous dispatching, project management or schedule coordinating experience is a plus
