!!!!! A1 Automotive - Gadsden / Rainbow City, AL Monday-Friday | NO Weekends Do you genuinely love helping people? If so, we want to talk to you. Were growing & looking to add to the team !!!!!! A1 Automotive is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phones and convert calls into appointments Greet customers and understand their concerns Review and present digital vehicle inspections Educate customers about their vehicle Present repair and maintenance recommendations based on priority Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians and management Manage multiple repair orders efficiently Follow established systems and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent people and communication skills Strong phone skills Strong sales and closing ability Organized and able to manage a busy workload Dependable and accountable Positive, team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license Automotive knowledge is a plus ++
