Job Description
We are looking to add an empathetic, motivated, hard working Client Service Representative to our team, who not only loves animals, but their people, too! Applicant must be comfortable multi-tasking and have basic computer skills. Excellent communication skills and quick learning is a must! Veterinary and/or reception experience required. Please do not apply if you do not have veterinary experience. Expected tasks (include, but aren't limited to): answer phones, manage emails, greet clients, check in and guide clients for appointments, manage social media accounts, cleaning, data entry, processing transactions in the practice management software, reconcile end of day transactions. Pay is dependent on experience level, education, and certifications. •Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, employment verification, and background check.•
