As part of our ministry-driven organization, you'll play an important role in helping support the Downtown Rescue Mission's outreach programs that provide food, shelter, and hope to those in need throughout the Tennessee Valley. What You'll Do Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude that reflects our Christian values. Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently. Inform customers about current sales and promotions. Assist with organizing and maintaining store displays and merchandise. Support team members and perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth store operations. What We're Looking For A positive, team-oriented attitude and a heart for serving others. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependability, integrity, and attention to detail. The ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required in a retail environment.
