JOB SUMMARY

The Sales & Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support while promoting and selling the company's products and services. This role involves building strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and achieving sales targets to contribute to overall business growth and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide professional and timely assistance to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Generate sales through customer interactions and follow-up activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation. Resolve concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a courteous and effective manner. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Work with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure seamless service.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Associate's degree a related filed; or 2 years of related experience in customer service/sales and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
