We're looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our studio family! About the Position We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and hardworking associate who enjoys working with people and can thrive in a busy, creative environment. Weekend availability is a must. Saturday availability is required. Saturdays are our busiest days, and we are looking for someone who can consistently work weekends. This position is approximately 6-10 hours per week, with Saturdays being the primary shift. If your weekend schedule is already packed with other commitments, this position may not be the right fit. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 6-10 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional shifts when needed. You do not need an art background. We will train you on our studio processes, but strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential. Responsibilities Welcome customers and introduce them to the pottery painting experience. Help customers select pottery and explain painting techniques and studio procedures. Assist with parties, workshops, and groups of adults and children. Provide friendly, attentive customer service in a busy studio. Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions. Clean, organize, and restock studio supplies. Complete daily studio tasks, including cleaning tables, organizing pottery, and preparing customer orders. Work independently when needed and communicate effectively with the team. Follow studio procedures and help maintain a welcoming, creative environment. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service skills. Dependable and reliable, especially on Saturdays. Comfortable working with children, adults, and large groups. Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Basic computer and cash-handling skills. Must be available to work Saturdays consistently.

Pay:

$13.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 - 12.0 per week
