This is an entry-level, in-store position. You'll help customers at the front counter and pickup window, take orders, make pizzas and other menu items, and help keep the store clean, stocked, and ready for business.
No previous pizza or restaurant experience is required — we'll train you!
What You'll DoAs an in-store Team Member, you'll help with a variety of responsibilities, including:
Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitudeAssist customers at the front counter and pickup windowTake and process customer orders accuratelyAnswer phones and provide helpful customer servicePrepare pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standardsStretch dough, add toppings, cut and box finished productsVerify orders for accuracy before giving them to customers or delivery driversHandle cash and customer payments accuratelyKeep work areas clean, organized, and stockedWash dishes and clean equipmentSweep, mop, take out trash, and complete general cleaning tasksRestock ingredients, boxes, beverages, and suppliesFollow food safety, sanitation, and company proceduresWork with a sense of urgency during busy periodsSupport teammates wherever needed to keep the store running smoothlyWhat We're Looking ForYou do not need previous experience to succeed in this role. Stand and walk for extended periodsWork in a fast-paced restaurant environmentBend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the storeUse hands frequently for food preparation, cleaning, order entry, and other tasksLift and carry up to 50 pounds as neededStock ingredients and suppliesWork around hot ovens, food preparation equipment, and cleaning suppliesExperience temperature changes between work areas and the walk-in coolerPerform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed, accuracy, and qualityReasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
