• Friday | 7:00 AM
• 4:00 PM Monday
• Friday | 11:00 AM
• 8:00 PM Monday
• Friday | 12:00 PM
• 9:00 PM Tuesday
• Saturday | 6:30 AM
• 3:00 PM No rotating schedules!
• This is an in-office position
• Candidates must be available to travel to the work site location (Lowell) and work on-site.

Someone Who:

Has strong communication and customer service skills Pays close attention to detail and has the ability to follow procedures Is comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software Can stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do:

Help customers schedule delivery dates and times Communicate through phone, computer, and email systems Provide accurate, professional support — no sales, just service Maintain detailed records and ensure follow-through on requests
