What you'll do! At America's Car-Mart our Call Center is often the frontline of the organization. We rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our valued customers who have questions or concerns. We're looking for a call center trainee to join our team, managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner that can adapt to different issues as they arise. As the voice of our company, the call center representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping consumers and driving their satisfaction. Under the guidance of our experienced trainers, you will gain hands-on experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This is an entry-level position with excellent growth opportunities within our call center department.
Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
Hours:
Must be available to work Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Digital literacy skills to effectively use digital devices, software, and applications with confidence. Strong phone and verbal communication along with active listening skills to improve the overall customer experience Ability to use conflict management techniques to resolve disagreements and act with appropriate level of care and concern to help resolve issues and solve problem. Strong problem solving skills that showcase the ability to accurately define problem, evaluate them and quickly solve them. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
Answering customer service calls Logging customer service calls using the Company's tracking software. Escalating customer complaints to the appropriate level of management.
