Harley-Davidson Service Advisor

Salary Range:

$15.50 per hours plus commission (commission based)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle's issues
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
• Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer Process customer warranty and obtain authorization before beginning repairs
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain accurate records of all service transactions, and customer communications.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry Must be super organized and take responsibility
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
• Proficient in cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with BMW, Harley-Davidson, and Indian preferred.
• Knowledge of TalonEs.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously without excuses Drug test and background check will be done
• No felons ! Must have clean driving record. Minimum 40 hours per week
