This position requires strong cash handling skills, retail sales experience, and the ability to upsell products. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions in a timely manner. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision while ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide product demonstrations and inform customers about promotions to encourage sales. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the shopping experience. Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Address customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or as a cashier is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience in upselling products and providing product demos is advantageous.
