Non-Exempt Position Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a primary point of contact for residential and commercial customers seeking air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and related services. This position is responsible for delivering a professional and positive customer experience from the initial inquiry through completion of service. The CSR answers customer questions, provides information about available services, schedules appointments, coordinates with technicians and property contacts, and helps resolve customer concerns. The CSR also plays an important role in identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services that provide value to the customer. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple customer and administrative responsibilities throughout the day. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, text, and online inquiries. Greet and communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner. Build rapport by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and providing clear information. Explain available services, pricing, scheduling options, and service expectations. Respond promptly to customer questions, requests, and concerns. Handle customer complaints or service issues professionally and escalate matters to management when appropriate. Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the scheduling and service process. Follow up on contact form submissions, voicemails, after-hours inquiries, and outstanding customer requests. Scheduling & Service Coordination Schedule residential and commercial air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, walkthroughs, and related services. Coordinate schedules based on technician availability, customer needs, job scope, geography, and property access. Confirm upcoming appointments and contact customers who have not yet confirmed. Process rescheduling requests, cancellations, and service adjustments. Coordinate appointments with property managers, tenants, technicians, and other stakeholders. Receive work orders and schedule services directly with tenants or property representatives. Support multi-unit, multi-day, and large-scale commercial projects. Collect and maintain necessary job information, including unit lists, site maps, access instructions, property contacts, and special requirements. Provide technicians with accurate daily schedules, job details, site contacts, and special instructions. Track incomplete or missed services and coordinate follow-up visits when need
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
