Job Description
VF Engineering develops and manufactures high-performance solutions for some of the world's leading performance and exotic automotive brands. We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Anaheim team, with a focus on developing new business, building customer relationships, supporting customers throughout the sales process, and growing sales. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and identify sales opportunities. Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs and vehicle applications. Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on open sales opportunities. Develop new customer relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Keep customers informed on order and installation status. Coordinate with the technical and workshop teams as needed. Support day-to-day back-office sales operations, including documentation, order follow-up and internal coordination. Maintain strong knowledge of VF Engineering products and applications. Participate in automotive events and customer activities when required. Meet established sales targets and customer-service goals. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication, customer-service, and relationship-building skills. Sales-oriented with the ability to develop customer relationships and close opportunities. Genuine interest in performance cars and the automotive industry. Automotive sales, aftermarket, dealership, parts, or service experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general office applications. Comfortable using CRM, customer databases, and sales tracking systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prepare quotes, maintain customer records, and follow up on open opportunities. Professional phone, email, and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customers and priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license.
Compensation:
$25-30 per hour, based on experience , plus commission.Pay:
