Cosmic Comfort is hiring an Electrical Service Technician to serve homeowners throughout the Central Valley. We're a growing residential electrical and HVAC company based in Atwater, CA. We're looking for someone with strong electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys the customer side of the trade: asking questions, explaining findings, earning trust, and helping customers take the next step. Customer conversations are a central part of this job. You'll diagnose electrical concerns, perform service work, identify opportunities for repairs or improvements, and connect homeowners with our sales team when a larger project needs a detailed consultation. What you'll do Visit homeowners, listen to their concerns, and ask questions to understand their needs. Troubleshoot residential electrical problems and clearly explain what you find. Perform electrical repairs and service work safely and professionally. Identify safety concerns, reliability issues, and opportunities for improvements supported by your findings. Explain recommendations in plain language and help homeowners understand the value of addressing them. Recognize when a larger repair, panel upgrade, or other project calls for a sales consultation. Introduce the next step confidently and coordinate a smooth handoff to our sales team. Document findings, photos, and customer priorities so the next team member arrives prepared. Keep your service vehicle organized and treat every customer's home with care. You may be a great fit if you: Have residential electrical experience and solid troubleshooting skills. Can work independently and recognize when you need additional support. Enjoy interacting with homeowners throughout a service visit. Can explain technical problems without overwhelming the customer. Have a sales or customer service mindset and confidently recommend appropriate next steps. Welcome coaching and want to improve your communication and performance. Follow through on commitments and work well with office staff, salespeople, and installers. Have a valid driver's license and a driving record that qualifies you to operate a company vehicle. Residential service experience is strongly preferred. Previous experience presenting estimates, recommending upgrades, or generating qualified sales opportunities is a plus. Formal sales experience isn't required. Electrical knowledge, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn are essential. Pay:

$22-$32 per hour, depending on experience and performance, with additional performance-based earning opportunities. Total earning potential of 80-120k per year.
