Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner Obtain customer and vehicle information Provide excellent customer service Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Establish follow-up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently Verifies the final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Required:

Experience as a Service Advisor Possesses strong customer relations skills A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization Personal and professional integrity Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
