Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Burbank, California, supporting homeowners with responsive service and appointment coordination. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized, and enjoys turning interested prospects into scheduled consultations. In this role, you will guide customers through next steps, address service-related questions, and help create a smooth experience from initial inquiry through follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely answers and a detail-focused service experience.
- Reach out to existing and interested leads to re-engage prospects, discuss their needs, and encourage them to book inspections or consultations.
- Arrange appointments for estimates, service visits, and inspections while matching customer availability with internal team schedules.
- Partner with sales staff, field teams, and project personnel to share updates and ensure appointments and customer requests are coordinated accurately.
- Confirm scheduled visits and communicate any adjustments, delays, or changes so customers remain informed.
- Address questions related to scheduling, warranties, repairs, invoices, and service updates with patience and sound judgment.
- Record conversations, follow-up activity, appointment outcomes, and customer details accurately in company systems.
- Monitor open leads and pending follow-ups to help improve response times and increase scheduled appointment volume.
