Customer Service Agent

This role focuses on delivering a quality customer experience and managing process execution for existing clients within the transportation industry. You will utilize communication skills and industry knowledge to ensure supply chains run efficiently while partnering with internal resources to resolve exceptions.

Position Details Pay:

$23/hour

Shift:

8:00 AM•4:30 PM, Monday through

Friday Location:

Burlingame, CA (100% In-Office) salary: $22•$23 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM•4:30

Build and develop relationships to ensure continued partnerships and proactively update customers on shipment statuses.

Transportation Logistics:

Assist in transportation arrangements and determine efficient routing methods.

Issue Resolution:

Act as a critical contact to resolve issues and drive service through continuous improvement initiatives.

Data & Reporting:

Leverage internal technology platforms and

CRM/HRIS

systems to generate reports and route inquiries to proper departments.

Process Execution:

Respond to customers with a sense of urgency and recognize opportunities to provide greater service value.
