Job Summary A packaging design, warehouse, and distribution company in Camarillo, CA is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. This role supports a busy sales team and serves as a key communication link between customers, suppliers, sales representatives, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service, account support, sourcing, and order management experience, preferably within aerospace, defense, government contract, or technical manufacturing environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details, solving customer issues, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping orders moving from development through delivery. Key Responsibilities Enter, process, and monitor incoming orders through EDI, web portals, email, and telephone. Track order progress, communicate status updates, and ensure critical timelines are met. Coordinate order changes, customer requirements, specifications, pricing updates, and supplier communication. Maintain accurate customer files, specification records, price quotes, and finished goods inventory as needed. Prepare and submit RFQs to suppliers using specifications, drawings, graphics, photos, and reference materials. Review aerospace quality clauses, government flow-downs, and contractual compliance requirements.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
