experience to join our team part-time. Applicants need to be available during the week, weekends and some holidays. The store is open 7 days a week and some holidays.

Position Summary:

This is a sales position both in person and over the phone. You will need to interact with our guests in a warm and welcoming environment. Guest Service Representatives will also perform side work duties for the crafting department, some light cleaning, and some clerical duties.

MUST BE OUTGOING AND ENJOY TALKING, HELPING AND SELLING TO PEOPLE!

This position is not the right fit if you do not enjoy working with people. This is a very interactive position (not just ringing up guests). Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Sales and upselling Crafting our NBC decorations Introduce walk-in guests to our bakery and our products with a guest tour Assist guests with walk-in orders while using creative solutions Assist phone guests by placing incoming orders Operate & balance (POS) point of sale with accuracy and efficiency Maintaining a strong knowledge of NBC's products, prices, and promotions Keep retail area clean, swept, neatly merchandised, Dust all retail surfaces including all counter tops, and POS stations Duties assigned by crafting department such as fluffing bows and making design pieces
