Lexus Carlsbad Luxury Service Advisor We're seeking a high-performing Service Advisor to join our team and deliver a premium ownership experience consistent with the Lexus brand. This is not a traditional advisor role. We are building a modern, transparent, and client-focused service experience—and we're looking for someone who can operate at a high level.

Requirements:

What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for service clients from check-in through delivery Provide a consultative, transparent experience—not transactional upselling Clearly communicate vehicle needs, timelines, and costs Manage a high-volume schedule while maintaining attention to detail and client satisfaction Proactively update clients via text, video, and digital tools Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs Drive customer retention, CSI, and revenue growth What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Service Advisor (luxury experience preferred but not required) Strong ability to build trust quickly with clients Excellent communication and organization skills Tech-forward mindset (comfortable with texting, video, and digital tools) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Competitive, accountable, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Health benefits and paid time off A positive, high-performance culture focused on growth Ongoing training and development Opportunity to be part of a modernized service experience
