The CSR is responsible for processing and scheduling orders, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to deliver top-notch customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, and pricing Manage email communications related to quotas, sales orders, and general inquiries Submit orders for production, coordinating with internal departments and third-party vendors as needed Proactively identify and address customer issues in collaboration with the sales team and General Manager Collaborate with the sales team to plan and prepare for upcoming orders Perform mail sorting, filing, data entry, and other general office tasks Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor or
General Manager Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and foster customer loyalty Strong active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively Capacity to multitask and manage various communication channels (email, phone, in-person) efficiently Ability to engage customers in meaningful interactions that reflect a high level of service Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 Able to work for extended periods sitting or standing at a workstation Job tasks are performed in a close physical proximity to other people
