Duties Answer phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or personnel Greet visitors at the front desk with a warm, professional demeanor, managing check-in procedures and providing assistance as needed Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry tasks accurately, including filing, record keeping, and updating customer information in office management systems Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in person by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar) Prior experience working at a front desk or as a receptionist is highly favorable Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse customer bases Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle phone systems confidently Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service!
