Under the direction of the Director of Administration the Consumer Service Representative is responsible for managing consumer inquiries and concerns while providing administrative support to field staff. This role frequently addresses inquiries via phone, email, and text while managing the front desk. The Customer Service Representative plays an integral part in providing exemplary customer service through all interactions with visitors, consumers, and Stars Therapy team members.
Essential Functions:
Welcomes visitors, determines nature of visit and refers them to appropriate team members Answers phones and helps caller by answering questions, providing general information and direction as needed Responds to inquiries from field staff in a timely manner Accurately enters data into various company software programs Maintains required data records Assists with departmental training as needed Demonstrates ability to work independently and as a team Communicates effectively by maintaining a professional demeanor at all times Applies a high level of discretion handling confidential information Builds and maintains professional relationships with team members, vendors and consumers Ensures compliance with industry regulations including but not limited to HIPAA and all company policies Performs additional job duties as assigned based on operational needs
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for the entire duration of the shift. Ability to use a computer and iPad for the entire duration of the shift. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs as needed.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Ability to problem solve and address concerns Handle and gather confidential information Demonstrate high attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
