American Freight Logistics, Inc. is a freight forwarding and NVOCC company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Input shipment files and related information into our system. Maintain and organize electronic and physical records. Communicate with customers, vendors, truckers, steamship lines, and other service providers as needed. Assist with customer service and general office duties. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software. Ability to multitask and work independently. Freight forwarding or logistics experience is a plus.
