Rendez-vous Winery is nestled inside the historic Old Sugar Mill on the beautiful Delta in Clarksburg, CA. We provide more than wine tasting (although we do make some pretty knock-your-socks off wines!). We excel in providing our guests with an outstanding experience and strive to make sure that each and every person that walks through our doors leaves feeling like a member of our extended family. We currently have a cohesive, high energy team that is driven to be the best at what they do. Our tasting room team has loads of fun together and they're always striving for success. Duties include but not limited to: Exceptional customer service with a focus on sales Engaging "can do" attitude Competitive yet kind Creating a connection with guests in fast pace, high volume environment Willing to help out with a wide variety of tasks Proven ability to establish and maintain long term relationships

PERSONALITY

We are not looking for wine educators; we are looking for memory makers This is a part time/on call position, primarily on weekends. We are looking for someone who can work 2-3 shifts per month, with room for additional shifts if available. Working at Rendez-vous is fun and fast paced. Tasting Room Associate Qualifications /

Skills:

Proven Sales experience in a face paced environment Possess a polished, professional, and friendly demeanor Ability to work weekend, holidays and occasional evenings Team centered - willing to help with a wide variety of tasks Ability to adapt and work in a fast pace environment Physical demands of the job include but not limited to: Standing and walking during entire shift Ability to lift up to 45 pounds on a regular basis Reach, bend, stoop, lift

Requirements:

High school diploma Friendly and polite demeanor Must be 21 or older Customer Service and Sales (preferred)

Compensation:

Set pay plus bonuses and commission. Compensation is competitive to the industry with goals and incentives for sales and Wine Club Sign ups.
