Yelete Group is the leading importer and wholesaler fashion company. We are seeking to hire hard working and organized individual as Customer Service to support our growing business. Duties include Call established accounts to generate repeat orders and add-on sales. Re-engage inactive customers and develop new business through outbound phone calls, emails, and incoming sales inquiries. Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders submitted by phone, email, and website. Prepare sales quotations and assist with price negotiations. Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally. Maintain accurate account notes and follow-up activity. Attend domestic trade shows as needed; must be able to travel by air. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Clear, friendly, confident, and professional phone presence. Strong organization, follow-up, and interpersonal skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Apparel wholesale experience or familiarity with current fashion trends is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus commission , based on experience.
