This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, following up on missed opportunities, and supporting the service department in driving customer retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound service calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, recalls, declined services, and maintenance reminders Re-engage lost or inactive service customers Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM and DMS systems Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (appointments set, show rate, etc.) Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure seamless customer experience Handle customer concerns and escalate when necessary Follow dealership call scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines Qualifications Previous BDC, call center, or automotive service experience preferred Strong phone communication skills with a positive, professional tone Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays if required High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay + possible performance bonuses Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Employee discounts What We Offer Supportive team environment Growth and advancement opportunities Performance-driven culture Established customer base How to Apply If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and want to grow your career in the automotive industry, Apply Today !
