We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and highly accountable Business Services Associate who enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow alongside our business. Position Details Part-time, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week Starting pay: $17.50 per hour Saturday availability from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM is required Regular weekday afternoon and closing availability is required Occasional opening-shift availability may be needed Additional hours may occasionally be available Responsibilities Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend appropriate services Process domestic and international shipments using multiple carriers Complete shipping documentation accurately Professionally pack customer shipments Provide printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and laminating services Assist customers with passport and visa photos Perform Live Scan fingerprinting services after training Manage private mailbox services and package receiving Assist with U-Haul rentals, vehicle inspections, and vehicle repositioning Process cash and card transactions using point-of-sale systems Handle customer information, documents, mail, and packages professionally and discreetly Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store Assist with daily store operations and other responsibilities as needed Qualifications Friendly, professional, and committed to excellent customer service Dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and accountable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Able to work independently and follow established procedures Willing to learn, accept feedback, and take initiative Must be at least 18 years old Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid California driver's license and clean driving record Must be comfortable safely driving and repositioning U-Haul cargo vans and trucks Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Experience Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
