Job Summary #CA-PS Under the supervision of the IT Manager as the lead of the Desktop Support Team, provide a variety of computing technical support and services to Phoenix staff, faculty, and affiliates of the Entomology & Nematology and Plant Pathology departments, and programs within. Implement and maintain security configurations to support Campus Cybersecurity guidelines. Maintain incident and service request management documentation. Proficient with a variety of Content Management Systems (CMS) such as: Concrete5, Wordpress, UC Davis SiteFarm, UC Davis Canvas, Kaltura, UC ANR Sitebuider, Plone, and Drupal.
