Our client, a premium specialty grocery and butcher shop, is looking for Customer Service Associates to join their team in Del Mar, CA. In this role, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable service to guests while supporting multiple departments including the meat counter, deli, grocery, and cash register in a fast-paced specialty retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist guests and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service throughout the store Support the meat, deli, grocery, and service areas as needed throughout the shift Operate the cash register and assist with customer transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area at all times Support daily store operations and team members as needed

Requirements:

Previous retail, grocery, deli, meat department, or customer service experience preferred Guest-facing experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed Availability for closing shifts preferred Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move efficiently throughout the store

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate:

$20.00 - $21.50 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Available Shifts:
