This individual will be responsible for driving enrollment growth, managing the customer journey, and ensuring a positive experience for all families. The ideal candidate combines strong sales skills with a genuine passion for service, team leadership, and a love for working with children and families. Calphin is an equal opportunity employer. Key Responsibilities Sales & Enrollment:
Manage the enrollment process for new and returning students, including tours, consultations, and follow-ups. Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment goals. Maintain accurate records in CRM or enrollment systems. Track KPIs and report performance to leadership.Customer Service & Communication:
Lead the front-desk team in delivering exceptional service across all customer touchpoints (in-person, phone, email). Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, including feedback and retention.Team Leadership:
Supervise and train front-desk/customer service staff, providing coaching and support to ensure high performance. Create staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for busy swim class times. Support a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.Administrative & Operational Support:
Collaborate with instructors and operations staff to ensure smooth class scheduling and customer coordination. Assist with billing, class transfers, cancellations, and membership management. Oversee retail sales (e.g., swim gear) and manage inventory if applicable.Qualifications:
Years of experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment (experience in swimming school, fitness, childcare, or education settings is a plus). Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities. Passion for customer care and working in a child- and family-centered environment. Must be available for afternoon, evening, and/or weekend shifts based on swimming class schedules A bachelor's degree is preferredAbout Calphin:
