Top Performance Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative! We are currently seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in the automotive parts industry. Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally. Assist customers with quotes, orders, product questions, and order updates. Process customer orders and quotations accurately and efficiently. Respond to customer emails and follow up on requests. Handle online orders and quotations through multiple platforms. Maintain and update customer information in the company database. Contact customers for courtesy calls and satisfaction follow-ups. Assist walk-in customers with orders, payments, and order modifications. Work closely with sales and other customer service team members. Manage open orders, transfers, returns/RMAs, and deliveries. Professionally resolve customer concerns and issues. Maintain strong product knowledge to better assist customers. Work toward established daily productivity and customer service goals. Assist with additional customer service duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previouscustomer service experience required. Sales experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Strong written communication and typing skills. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of calls and orders. Must be dependable, professional, and a team player.
