Job Description Meets with customers daily to discuss and assess customer vehicle service needs Schedules appointments, relays important information from the technicians to the customer about vehicle repairs Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs and review details of service/repair invoice to gain their understand of all services provided Greets vehicle owners on the service drive, ensuring they have a pleasant experience from beginning to end Prepare and process Repair Orders accurately, including all costs, deductibles, and descriptions of work Ability to work in a team-based environment Qualifications Ability to pass a background and drug screening Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record At least one year working as a Service Advisor/ Writer- experience working with Mercedes-Benz is a plus! •
