Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative with Document Preparation Service expertise to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients through various communication channels, providing outstanding customer support, and assisting with document preparation tasks. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operational workflows. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where excellent communication and organizational skills are valued. Duties Communicate effectively with clients via phone and other channels to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues promptly. Manage client interactions with professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience. Assist clients with document preparation services, including reviewing, editing, and organizing documents as needed. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create, edit, and format documents efficiently. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and document processing activities. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to handle customer service challenges and find effective solutions. Support team members in administrative tasks related to customer service and document management. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within a document preparation or administrative setting. Bilingual proficiency is a plus; fluency in both English and Spanish language is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, especially over the phone and through digital correspondence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent typing skills for efficient document handling and data entry. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is an excellent fit for candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while supporting document-related processes efficiently.
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
