The ideal candidate possesses an upbeat personality, is engaging, responsible, can think quick on their feet, and is adept at multi-tasking. Skills Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Make rounds on property Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance person Requirements Only interested serious candidates apply Availability to work a schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
