Mike Thompson's RV Super Stores is seeking Experienced Service Advisors to join our

Fountain Valley Team Job Duties:

Coordinate RV service and repairs with guests. Ensure customer has full knowledge of any work performed and is contacted with updates. Verify warranty and service contract coverage. Set realistic expectations for customer and ensure you hold to those expectations Prepare Repair Orders by describing the complaint, the cause, and the repair. Utilize all tools available to keep in contact with customers through the service experience. Attend all meetings and training as required

Qualifications:

Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently Must have professional appearance and demeanor Provide excellent customer service Basic computer skills to manage customer databases Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner

Full-time Pay:

$4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
