Perform stocking duties to ensure shelves are well-organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing in line with merchandising standards. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to increase sales. Maintain professional phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Support retail store operations through cashiering duties, retail math calculations, and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is highly preferred. Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team members or leading customer service initiatives. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential for smooth transaction processing. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with diverse customers and team members. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a broader customer base. Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising will help maximize sales opportunities.
