We have immediate openings for entry-level customer service specialists to handle documentation and basic inquiries on short-term mandates. Your responsibilities

• receive and process basic inbound emails, manage filing, and perform routine administrative tasks related to customer accounts
• accurately perform data entry related to order processing, service cancellations, or new client setup in the crm system
• strictly follow company guidelines for creating summary notes and closing out simple support tickets
• assist senior customer service agents by gathering necessary account information or retrieving historical data from the system
• maintain a polite, helpful, and professional demeanor in all internal and external communications.
