Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Body Shop Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their vehicle repair process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial intake to vehicle pickup. Your energetic approach will help foster strong client relationships, facilitate accurate communication between customers and technicians, and support the efficient operation of our collision repair facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine excellent customer service skills with automotive industry knowledge to deliver outstanding service and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet customers. Check vehicles in and review vehicle condition with customers. Obtain customer repair authorizations. Tag and photograph incoming vehicles. Make customer repair-status update calls as needed. Update rental companies with repair status and estimated completion dates. Perform general clerical duties, filing, and organization. Post invoices and assist with invoicing. Monitor and follow up on aging Accounts Receivable. Assist with Repair Stack inventory and invoicing. Learn and use CCC collision/estimating software and our Dealer Management System (DMS).
Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish required. Friendly, outgoing, and professional. Strong customer service and communication skills. Organized with good attention to detail. Basic computer skills. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and willing to learn. Must be a team player and work well with others. Automotive/body shop experience is helpful but not required. Great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to learn and grow in the automotive collision repair industry
Pay:
From $17.40 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
