Car Wash Lead Pay:

Flexible Schedule What You Would Do:

Perform opening/closing procedures & necessary data entry Maintain daily sales records and cash handling procedures Assist site manager and assistant manager with preventative maintenance, tunnel cleaning and other job related tasks. Safely direct customers onto carwash conveyor Ensure that each customer is presented with current membership offers Perform dry down, window cleaning and tire shine application Deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling vehicles with extreme care Promptly report any prior or new damage to a customer's vehicle to management Comply with all Russell Fischer policies and procedures If you've worked in the following positions, this role is for you! General labor, working outdoors in physically demanding positions, construction, customer service, tire shops, bussing or serving, car dealerships, military service, and automotive service shops.

What We Are Looking For:

Outstanding customer service skills and an outgoing personality A strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a quality service Ability to work long hours on your feet in fast paced environment Team players who are punctual with a positive attitude, willing to take on work with a sense of urgency. Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions Ability to work in physically demanding positions that requires frequent movement; i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting Experience in the car wash industry is not necessary! Eligible to work in the US Professional appearance and attitude
