Evolve or Bust. The Role We're looking for someone hungry to learn and grow to join our customer service team. This could be your first or second job - what matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to figure things out. You don't need to come in as an expert. We'll teach you the technical side. What we can't teach is curiosity, ownership, and the drive to help people. If you're the type of person who asks questions, takes initiative, and wants to build real skills (not just clock in and out), you'll do well here. Key Responsibilities Respond to customers via phone, text, and email Help customers with orders, basic troubleshooting, and general questions Learn our products and gradually build confidence explaining them Support RMA requests and shipping-related inquiries Document customer interactions clearly Work closely with the team to solve problems and improve processes What We're Looking For Entry-level welcome - this can be your first or second job Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude Willingness to learn and take feedback Reliable, accountable, and shows up ready to work Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Nice to have (but not required): Interest in cars or hands-on work Any customer service experience (retail, food service, etc.) Fluent in Spanish (highly valued) Perks & Benefits Starting at $25/hour with growth opportunities Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule On-site in Canoga Park - work alongside a tight-knit, high-performing team Real opportunity to grow into more advanced customer service, operations, or technical roles
