Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to support attendee communications and client interactions for our events. The Customer Service Representative will act as a key point of contact for event attendees, partners, and vendors. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after events.
