Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ladera Ranch, California. This is a Contract to permanent position where you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers through both inbound and outbound communication. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to approximately 10 inbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Conduct 30 to 80 outbound calls per day after completing training, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Provide detailed information to customers by sending follow-up links and guiding them through next steps.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Resolve issues related to order entry and manage customer accounts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about company products and services to address customer needs effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information.
