Executive Auto Body & Paint is quickly becoming The AV's fastest-growing, highest-quality collision repair shop in Lancaster, CA. We're looking for a professional, organized, and customer-obsessed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the front-line of our operation. This position is our first point of contact for many customers and is responsible for turning one of our customer's worst days (after an auto accident) into a surprisingly great experience. If you truly enjoy helping people, can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a difference in people's lives, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Experience & Communication Greet customers in-person and over the phone with a professional, friendly attitude Understand the customer's situation, their needs, and be able to formulate a plan for how we can best help them Collect vehicle and insurance information accurately Explain the repair process, timelines, and next steps clearly Scheduling & Intake Schedule estimates and repair appointments Manage vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups Ensure all customer and vehicle information is properly entered into our system Insurance & Administrative Support Assist customers with insurance claim questions Coordinate with service advisors for a smooth workflow Process final bills and payments Maintain organized digital records Customer Satisfaction Address concerns professionally and promptly Help create a 5-star customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For:
Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Spanish Previous customer service experience (automotive experience preferred but not required). If you have strong customer service abilities from any industry, we can help you translate that skill to the automotive industry. Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and CRM software Ability to multitask in a busy environment Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
