We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Representative to work directly with customers in our store. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can provide outstanding customer service while helping customers find the products that best meet their needs. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Assist customers with product selection and questions Promote products and increase in-store sales Process customer purchases and operate the point-of-sale system Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store Restock and display merchandise Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions Help meet daily and weekly sales goals Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Ideal Candidate Previous retail, sales, or customer-service experience preferred Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and punctual Professional appearance and positive attitude Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve goals Grocery, or retail experience is a plus What We Offer Part-time hours Friendly and professional work environment If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and have a natural ability to sell, we would like to hear from you!
