Job Description

We are looking for part time Front of House staff members to join our team! FoH staff must provide friendly customer service and work efficient and well as a team. It's important to maintain a positive attitude and be able to multitask as well.
  • Weekends are required Front of House staff main responsibilities are:
  • Providing friendly and attentive customer service
  • Accurately and efficiently input new orders into POS system
  • Exemplify proficiency when using POS, Doordash, and Ubereats platforms
  • Servers must be able to wait on multiple tables and multitask
  • Expo must be very organized and in constant communication with line cooks and servers
  • Maintain knowledge of the HiroNori Craft Ramen menu and our Specialty Drinks, allergies
  • Assist with running food, bussing tables, helping with side prep work
  • Lead positions are offered based on your performance and willingness to take on more responsibilities
