Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support clients and daily office operations. This role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer calls, emails, and service inquiries Schedule landscaping, maintenance, and seasonal services Coordinate appointments with field teams and supervisors Maintain accurate customer records and service updates Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Support administrative functions including billing support and service confirmations Qualifications Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using scheduling software and office systems Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability Reliable and professional demeanor
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$19 - $28 per hour Full-time schedule Paid training Career growth opportunities Work Schedule Monday to Friday
