Key Responsibilities Process high-volume customer orders with complex product configurations, technical part numbers, and detailed specifications. Review purchase orders, customer documentation, and order requirements for accuracy before releasing orders to production. Serve as the main point of contact between customers, sales, engineering, production, shipping, and accounting to support timely fulfillment. Monitor open orders, production schedules, and shipment timelines while providing proactive updates to customers and internal teams. Research and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, freight claims, warranty requests, returns, and product questions. Maintain accurate order information in the ERP system and support process improvements for smoother order flow.
