As a Customer Relations Associate, you'll build relationships with customers, support account enrollments, explain promotions and service options, and create a positive customer experience from the first conversation through account activation. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Connect with customers through direct, in-person interactions Explain available wireless, internet, and telecommunications services Help customers compare plans, pricing, promotions, and account options Assist with customer enrollments, activations, account setup, and account updates Answer questions and provide ongoing account support Build lasting customer relationships through communication and follow-up Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity Support customer satisfaction while contributing to daily sales goals What Makes Someone Successful Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and customer-first mindset Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment Reliable, organized, and motivated to learn Interest in customer relations, sales, customer service, or account management Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or other people-focused roles is helpful but not required.
