Automotive Detailing, Paint Protection & Window Tint About the Position We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Service Advisor to join our growing automotive detailing business. Our shop specializes in professional automotive detailing, ceramic coatings, paint correction, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, and other automotive appearance and protection services. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing the customer experience from the initial inquiry through vehicle check-in, scheduling, invoicing, and final check-out. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, stay organized, and follow established company procedures. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly customer experience Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and customer inquiries Explain our products and services and help customers determine the best service for their vehicle Prepare and send estimates and quotes Schedule and coordinate customer appointments Efficiently coordinate mobile detailing routes and schedules Check customers in and out Create invoices and process payments Follow up with customers regarding quotes and appointments Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information Communicate effectively with technicians and management Keep the daily schedule organized and running efficiently Follow company procedures and standards Help identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate Handle customer questions, concerns, and scheduling changes professionally Assist with general front-office and shop operations as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Highly organized and able to multitask Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized when schedules change Strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers and scheduling/invoicing software Able to learn and confidently explain automotive products and services Professional appearance and attitude Ability to follow company procedures and maintain consistent standards Previous automotive industry experience is preferred Experience in automotive detailing, window tint, PPF, dealerships, service advising, or a similar field is a strong plus The Ideal Candidate The right person for this position is someone who takes ownership , stays calm when things get busy, and can keep multiple things moving at once. You should be comfortable talking to customers, working with technicians, managing schedules, sending quotes, handling payments, and solving problems throughout the day. Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
